As a Lead Sales Engineer you will prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to prospective clients, recommend improved solutions to customers, demonstrating how Soft-FX technology can lower costs or increase production. In summary, you will lead our sales pipeline from beginning to end.

Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new customers by winning them over from competitors and discovering new opportunities
  • Customer management (emails, calls, negotiations, demoes)
  • Deliver complex information in an easy-to-understand way
  • Plan detailed presentations that show clients product info, pricing, and benefits
  • Meet with clients for sales presentations
  • Presentation of corporate services and capabilities
  • Preparation of commercial offers, documentation, transaction support
  • Closу sales opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a successful and professional relationship with key accounts
  • Follow up on sold products to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Stay knowledgeable on market trends, research & development and business insights by reading and studying new data consistently

Qualifications:

  • Solid and proven experience in Forex & Crypto industry
  • Creativity to approach sales and build customer relationships in groundbreaking new ways
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Previous experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales & closing sales opportunities
  • Computer proficiency and ability to accurately enter data and generate reports
  • Negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a high-stress sales environment and multitask
  • Experience with working in CRM
